Join Lizzie from Forever Wild at Heart for a relaxed and nurturing morning retreat tailored specifically for new mothers during pregnancy or with a newborn (before baby is on the move). Set amidst the beauty of Sibbecks Farm grounds this retreat offers a rare opportunity to step away from the busyness of everyday life and immerse yourself in nature.


As a new mum, it's easy to feel overwhelmed by the demands of caring for your little one while navigating the transitions of motherhood. Our monthly retreat is designed to provide a sanctuary where you can take a moment for yourself, connect with your baby, and find support among like minded mothers.


Activities Include:

🌲 Grounding Techniques & Mindfulness: Begin the morning by grounding yourself in the present moment with gentle mindfulness exercises designed to create inner peace.

😌 Guided Meditations: Experience moments of relaxation through guided meditation tailored specifically for new mothers.

📝 Journaling: Take time to reflect on your journey into motherhood through journaling exercises that encourage self-expression and introspection.

🍃 Nature Craft: Engage your creativity with a nature-inspired craft activity, allowing you to connect with the natural world.

🌳 Forest Bathing: Immerse yourself in the healing power of nature with a guided forest bathing experience, designed to awaken your senses and promote a deep sense of well-being.

🔥 Campfire Cooked Pancakes: Indulge in a delicious brunch of campfire-cooked pancakes, served with hot drinks to warm your soul and fuel your body.
